I would like to enquire as to what the CSA's stance is on adopting the European Model of development?
I don't believe the present model is functioning and as a Coach attempting to prepare kids for a future in the game I'm finding it increasingly difficult to teach them the sport given this country's "rules" & league structure.

The structure of leagues across the country needs to be addressed, especially as it relates to the players in the High Performance stream.
The LTPD group is presently reviewing league structures & will be addressing this issue ASAP.
