In the Principles you claim to follow, you indicate the CSA will be:

Transparent / Accountable / Accessible

If you really believe in these principles, please explain why:

1) The Deloitte Touche Report has never been released to the membership.
(This was touched on in another question and I note that you conveniently forgot to answer it!)

2) No budget proposals have ever been released to the CSA membership.

3) Your Annual Meeting Reports have not been shown on your web site for several years now.

What are you hiding?

The Deloitte-Touche Report was commissioned by the CSA for use by its Board of Directors.
The report was never intended as a 'public' document.
CSA budget proposals are submitted to all of Canada's Provincial Associations, including the OSA.

Will the OSA adopt a project based accounting system, and push the CSA to follow suit, to break out and accrue proper total costing to each CSA activity, for example cost to run the WNT with sub projects identified. Will the OSA push the publishing of all expense accounts by OSA staff and CSA staff as well as directors as is done by law for federal government workers and federal Ministers?
