Item 3.1.2 of the Strategic Activities implies that any structural changes to the CSA have already been completed. Exactly what were those changes? Are any other changes being considered?
What happened to all the recommendations of the Deloitte-Touche Report? Why haven't they been implemented?
And talking of the Deloitte-Touche Report, if the CSA really believes in openness and transparency, why hasn't this report been released to the CSA membership?

The CSA Governance Committee is currently reviewing the CSA structure and any changes to be considered.
Certain recommendations of the Deloitte-Touche report have been implemented.

Initially, those changes included implementation of the financial recommendations and organizational staff-reporting structure.
