To support some of the activities outlined in the Strategic Plan, I understand the CSA is looking to increase player fees to $11 in 2009. What other fee increases are anticipated over the term of the Strategic Plan (2009 to 2013) in order to reach the $25 million budget figure mentioned in the plan?
Instead of continuing to fund the CSA on the backs of mini-soccer and house-league players, why isn't more effort being put into finding alternate sources of revenue?

The Strategic Plan is currently being costed out and will be communicated to the membership in 2009.
The concept is not to generate $25M entirely through a player levy but also through alternate sources of revenue.
